Refund Policy
Rules for unused cash credit and billing errors. Bonus credit is not cashed out.
1. Scope
This policy covers cash credit and paid virtual services you buy on PaperX. Bonus credit is not cashed out unless we promised otherwise in writing.
2. Delivery
Balance is a digital good. It is delivered when payment succeeds and the ledger is credited. Digital goods generally cannot be returned without reason within seven days once delivered, unless law or a more favorable promise applies.
3. When we refund
Within 7 days of payment, unused cash from a successful order may be refunded to the original channel if there is no abuse. Duplicate charges or total service failure caused by our systems will be refunded or re-credited after review.
4. When we do not refund
Consumed cash, completed model calls, expired bonus credit, dissatisfaction with otherwise delivered output, violations of the Terms, or requests we cannot verify.
5. How to apply
Use in-product feedback with order id, payment time, and phone number. Refunds go back through the original processor; arrival time follows that processor.
